Great location. Nice room. Friendly/helpful staff. Good housekeeping service.
A tax was added to our bill even though our documents stated that the vat and City/tourist tax was included in the price and a Service charge was not applicable.

My wife forgot her dimond ring-- in the room~!!! The desk clerk went to the room immediately, and secured ir in the safe. Perfect, honest, and accomodating.

The woman at the front desk was so friendly and helfpul. The location was great. Quiet and away from the hustle and bustle, yet right by the Opera metro.
I worked very carefully to find the perfect hotel including air conditioning. When we arrived, they put us on the top floor and the air conditioning didn't work. They told me that they turn off the coolant after Sept. 1St. I was extremely disappointed because I paid more for that comfort. It also happened to be a rare 85 degree sunny day.

Rip off wine prices.Promised ice on morning of departure (for my wife's medication) but no ice available. Not informed about the 2 euro per night tax until departure. Will not return.

The location is fantastic, just 1 km from the Louvre Museum, and the standard queen room with a balcony is recommended for a great stay.

Location is a key, just few steps from the Opera, close to all major sights, practically in walking distance from Petite and Grand Palaces, Champs Elysee, Louvre, D'Orsay etc.
They charged 6 eurous (about 8-9$)/hour for Wi-Fi, not a huge issue but all other hotels on this trip had it for free (Marcelle's Newhotel Le Faro, Continental in St Rafael)

The bathroom was spacious (not always my experience in Paris) and had been updated with quality fixtures. Very clean.
The room was particularly dark. Even with the lights and lamps on the light level in the room was dim. It was hard to read.
